From the wedding to all the events that they have attended together, the lovebirds have grabbed eyeballs because of their enviable chemistry.
Actress Sagarika Ghatge and cricketer Zaheer Khan got married in November last year and have since been the talk of the town. From the wedding to all the events that they have attended together, the lovebirds have grabbed eyeballs everywhere they went because of their enviable chemistry.
A video of the lovebirds was recently released where the two can be heard reliving the memories of their wedding and talk about what makes the relationship special for them. Sagarika even admits in the video that it was Zaheer who convinced her that he was 'the one for her'.
"Nothing has changed, yet it feels everything has changed," Zaheer says as he blushes about his relationship with his wife. The video has been shot for a platinum jewellery brand where the powercouple is sharing the screen for the first time ever.
The two even recalled what it was like to meet each other's families. "Her mom knew well before her Dad got to know about us so it kind of helped as the background was already created," Zaheer said. "When I met her dad for the first time, I was hoping that I'll meet for 15-20 mins but it ended up being a three hour long meeting where we were just discussing random things," he remembered.
Sagarika, on the other hand, said she was 'a little scared' when she was meeting Zaheer's family for the first time. "They are very very warm and if you get that sort of warmth you make sure that you give that sort of warmth and respect back," she added.
Talking about their love story in the video titled 'Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge's journey of love', Sagarika said: "I haven't come across many people who have achieved so much but are so grounded. That's something I look up to in him. He is someone who's been liked by everybody because he is actually a very nice person," Sagarika said.
