On the festive occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi this year (September 10), Bappa devotees welcomed the Lord to their abodes. Among millions of ardent Ganesha followers, veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra also bought Ganpati home and daughter Ekta Kapoor, son Tusshar Kapoor also took part in the celebrations by hosting the guests who came for darshan. Today, on the 5th day of Ganesh Utsav, widely celebrated in Maharashtra, as it's a 10-day long affair in the state, Jeetendra and family bid goodbye to the Lord with the promise of him returning next year. The family performed the Ganesh Visarjan rituals today.
