Indian Army personnel help in avoiding major fire tragedy in J&K
Indian Army personnel have always been at the forefront in helping common people.
Indian Army personnel once again showcased their valour and commitment towards the safety of civilians when they helped douse flames inside a residence in Baramullah's Dudbug in J&K.
A fire broke out inside a civilian residence in the early hours of Monday (June 24), prompting swift action from troops of Sultanpur Kandi Army Camp in the vicinity.
While one team entered the house, without caring for theirn own safety, to bring out personal belongings, another team of troops joined the fire-fighting efforts.
The operation was successful and the rescue teams were able to restrict the fire and prevent it from spreading.
There was also no loss of life.
The Indian Army personnel provided relief materials to the affected civilians, upholding the sentiment of 'Awam Hamari Jaan.'
