While he was praised for his patient knock against Pakistan, the southpaw looked very vulnerable against their pacers and was finding it difficult to time the ball.

The 34-year-old has made 29 runs from two innings in the tournament so far. Even in the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka lately, he accumulated just 25 runs from three innings.

Currently, Yuvraj is playing more as a bowling all-rounder in the team. He got India a huge breakthrough against Pakistan when he trapped Umar Akmal in front of the wicket off the first ball of his spell.

But considering the number of bowlers in the team, MS Dhoni and the Indian think tank would want Yuvi to contribute more with the bat.

In the past, he has played some of the most memorable knocks in the shortest format of the game, and Team India would want him to rediscover his form as soon as possible.
