BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur and IPL Chairman, Rajeev Shukla were available during the occasion and even signed the MOU.

BCCI announced the news via their official Twitter account.

Earlier, Afghanistan had asked India to help develop cricket in the war-torn country as the nation's governing cricket body struggles to meet demand from players who want to take the sport to the next level.
