New Delhi: After Bharatiya Janata Party leader LK Advani questioned United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Sonia Gandhi`s silence on corruption, Congress leader Digvijay Singh hit back, asking if Advani suffered from "amnesia".
Advani, who is on a nationwide anti-corruption yatra, Saturday questioned Gandhi`s silence on major issues like corruption, price rise and black money stashed abroad. Replying to this, Digvijay Singh asked if Advani was suffering from "amnesia".
"Advaniji has forgotten Soniaji`s speech in AICC when she spoke against corruption and for the Lokpal," he posted on micro-blogging site Twitter, referring to the Congress president`s speech in the party meet at Burari last December. "Age catching up. Amnesia," Digvijay Singh asked. IANS
