Spinners have been the key for the Black Caps thus far in the tournament. And in the semis too, Kane Williamson-led side will rely heavily on -- Mitchell Santner and Ish Sodhi.

Even though the Kiwis have reached this far without losing a single game, batting is a concern for the team as they have crossed the 150-run mark just once in the tourney.

As far as England's batting is concerned, it is largely dependent on Root, but on their day, Alex Hales, Stokes, Buttler and skipper Eion Morgan can also turn the tables single-handedly.

All-rounder Moeen Ali can also play a crucial role on Kotla's slow track, both with bat and ball.
