New Delhi: Zimbabwe's duel with Afghanistan on Saturday is a knockout match with the winner going straight into the main draw of the ICC World Twenty20.

Both teams have won two matches so far, but Afghanistan come into this encounter as favorites. The Full Member has never beaten Afghanistan in T20Is in four attempts.


The Asian side has played solid cricketer in the tournament so far has managed to script comfortable wins. Zimbabwe on the other hand struggled against Hong Kong and Scotland.


As the nations vie for a place in next round of the tournament, here are two players who could make all the difference.


Mohammad Nabi


The 31-year-old has been an important member of the Afghan side. He is an experienced campaigner and can deliver the goods in high-pressure situations. While he picked just 1 wicket against Scotland, Nabi made amends in the next match taking four against Hong Kong.


Sikandar Raza


The 29-year-old has failed to make an impact for his side so far in the tournament. Raza has one scalp and 12 runs in two outings against Scotland and Hong Kong. Against Afghanistan, the Zimbabwean side will rely on the experienced all-rounder to deliver the goods.
