New Delhi: India cricket team skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni played Holi with two of the greatest fans in Bengaluru.

India play Bangladesh in a T20 World Cup match at Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday. 


The Ranchi player was going inside the team bus and ahead of that he allowed Sudhir Gautam and Ram Babu, who were given access to the area and meet him.


There was heavy security in charge, but in spite of that Dhoni allowed Sudhir, Ram Babu and some young fans to put gulal powder on his forehead.


Sudhir has been a huge Sachin Tendulkar fan all his life, and alongside Ram Babu, they follow the Indian team during all major tournaments and cricket series. On Tuesday, Sudhir met Dhoni and after applying gulal, he even touched Dhoni's feet. India will celebrate national festival holi on Thursday.


India must beat Bangladesh on Wednesday to stay in contention for a semifinal berth from the group. New Zealand have already qualified after their win against Pakistan on Tuesday night.
