India innings:

Over 48.4 || Score 253/10

England have won the match by 41 runs. Ravindra Jadeja accelerated the pace of his innings as wickets kept falling at the other end. Jadeja tried his best to get India closer to England's total. His entertaining knock came to an end when he made room for himself off Steven Finn, got some bat to it but was unfortunate at it went on to hit the stumps.

Over 45 || Score 209/9

India lost three more wickets in quick successions. Ashwin top-edged Stokes delivery towards covers, where Finn held on to a high catch. While Bhuvneshwar Kumar was run-out in the 44th over, Shami hit the first ball he faced straight towards covers. 86 needed from 30 balls. With Jadeja still at the crease, we can expect some entertainment from the southpaw.

Mohammed Shami c Hales b Stokes 0 (2b)

B Kumar run out 1 (3b)

R Ashwin c Finn b Stokes 16 (19b)

=================================================================================

Over 40 || Score 187/6

Jadeja and Dhoni were batting sensibly before the Indian skipper mistimed one towards cover where Stokes held on to a low catch in front of him. Ravichandran Ashwin is the new man in and even though he can bat, the required run-rate is probably too much. India didn't make the best use of their powerplay as they scored 27 runs and lost a wicket. Jadeja is batting on 33 off 34 balls and it would take a special innings from him to take India close to England's total.

MS Dhoni c Stokes b Finn 29 (42b)

=================================================================================

Over 35 || Score 157/5

Soon after he reached his fifty, Rayudu was dismissed by Stokes, who picked his first wicket of the match. Rayudu charged down the wicket and missed his big hit which went straight to Cook at mid-on. Ravindra Jadeja is the new man in. Dhoni and Rayudu added 41 runs for the fifth-wicket partnership. The powerplay was taken by India in the 35th over and they will look to capitalise on it the way England did during their innings.

 AT Rayudu c Cook b Stokes 53 (65b)

=================================================================================

Over 30 || Score 132/4

Rayudu reached his second half-century of the series. It has been a fine innings considering India lost wickets in quick successions. Dhoni's presence has for sure helped his innings.

=================================================================================

Over 25 || Score 96/4

Ali struck again when he bowled a top off-spinner to Raina who edged it to Buttler. India are losing wickets at quick intervals. MS Dhoni is the new man in and he needs to talk to Rayudu and ask him to hold on to his shots and not take too many risks. Cook is rotating his bowlers well and they haven't disappointed him so far.

SK Raina c Buttler b Ali 18 (23b)

=================================================================================

Over 20 || Score 80/3

Rayudu charged down the wicket off the last ball of Moeen Ali's fifth over. Rayudu has grown in confidence and these two have added unbeaten 31 runs fro the fourth-wicket partnership.

=================================================================================

Over 15 || Score 55/3

Moeen Ali was introduced in the 12th over of the Indian innings. Shikhar Dhawan swept him for a six over deep midwicket in the second over, but was dismissed two balls later attempting a similar stroke. Suresh Raina is the new man in. Ambati Rayudu also survived a chance when he was dropped on 6 by Woakes at third man. Out of nowhere, Rayudu charged down the wicket off a short of a length delivery and skied it towards third man where Woakes got nicely under the ball and grassed it at the last moment. That wasn't the end of disappointment for Finn as Cook dropped Raina at first slip while he hadn't opened his account. Big misses from England.

S Dhawan b Ali 31 (44b)

=================================================================================

Over 10 || Score 37/2

James Anderson once again won the battle against Virat Kohli, when the right-hander yet again edged a delivery straight to Alastair Cook at first slip. With one T20 remaining, it is the end of another forgettable series for Kohli. Ambati Rayudu is the new man in. Dhawan scored two boundaries off Woakes' fifth over. India in desperate need of a big partnership here.

V Kohli c Cook b Anderson 13 (21b)

=================================================================================

Over 5 || Score 18/1

Ajinkya Rahane - who has been India's in-form batsman in this ODI series was dismissed by a third-ball duck by James Anderson, who picked his first wicket of the series. Rahane played a loose stroke off the third ball where he hit a slightly pitched wide delivery straight towards point. Virat Kohli was the next man in and he survived a run-out chance when Dhawan rightly refused to take a second run. Kohli has scored one boundary so far while Dhawan has hit two.

AM Rahane c Morgan b Anderson 0 (3b)

England innings:

Over 50 || Score 294/7

As a result of a small but pivotal contribution from Stokes, England have reached a formidable total and have put 294 runs on the board. Stokes remained unbeaten on 33 off 23 balls. Root's resilience was finally ended by Shami in the 46th over of the innings. Shami also scalped Chris Woakes in his next over. England would be very happy with his performance, as at one stage they had lost four batsmen with just 117 runs on the board.

CR Woakes b Mohammed Shami 9 (9b)

JE Root c Ashwin b Mohammed Shami 113 (108b)

=================================================================================

Over 45 || Score 248/5

Joe Root continued the carnage from his end and smashed Jadeja for a six to reach his century. It was a superb knock from the yougster and he has got England into a commanding position. Earlier India finally managed to break the partnership between Root and Buttler when the latter attempted a reverse sweep, didn't connect and went for the suicidal single as Dhoni removed the bails. Despite missing a half-century by just one run, Buttler provided the much-needed momentum to the England innings and was involved in a quick 108-run partnership for the fifth wicket. England were looking in tatters at one stage but that partnership has revived their innings.

JC Buttler run out 49 (40b)

=================================================================================

Over 40 || Score 151/4

Buttler has taken the pressure back on the Indian team with some powerful strokes. The moment powerplay was taken, Buttler unleashed some brutal strokes and has quickly moved onto 45 off just 34 balls. Root has reached 81 and is close to another superb century.

=================================================================================

Over 35 || Score 151/4

Buttler and Root are up for a fight here. They are attacking the spinners with strokes all across the ground and have added 27 runs in the last five overs. Root has reached his half-century and is batting on 64.

=================================================================================

ver 30 || Score 124/4

Morgan was looking uncomfortable against the spinners and he finally perished when he charged down the wicket off Ashwin and was stumped by MS Dhoni. England are losing wickets at regular intervals and India are now in a commanding position. Jos Buttler is the new man in and the hosts would be expecting their wicketkeeper-batsman to hit a blitzkrieg knock lower down the order. Root is the set batsman and the onus is now on him to keep the scoreboard ticking.

EJG Morgan st Dhoni b Ashwin 14 (34b)

=================================================================================

Over 25 || Score 108/3

Ashwin and Jadeja are getting through their overs quickly. Morgan is yet to find his form and Root too has also slowed down the pace of his innings. Morgan has scored one boundary off his trademark reverse-sweep shot, but has looked vulnerable against the spinners.

=================================================================================

ver 16 || Score 78/2

After playing a fine knock, Cook was dismissed by Suresh Raina as he top-edged a delivery which was caught by MS Dhoni. Raina was unlucky in his previous over where he caught Cook plumb in front of the wicket but was finally rewarded for his accurate line and length. Eoin Morgan is the new man in. Root and Cook added 52 runs for the third wicket.

AN Cook c Dhoni b Raina 46 (64b)

====================================================================================

ver 16 || Score 78/2

Alastair Cook is growing in confidence while Joe Root has played some magnificent strokes early in his innings. These two have added unbeaten 39 runs for the third-wicket partnership and India will have to break this partnership which is now looking dangerous.

====================================================================================

ver 11 || Score 55/2

The ploy of Moeen Ali coming down at No. 3 didn't work for England as they have lost Ali for just nine runs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar with the wicket there. Ali threw his bat at a wide length ball to guide a catch to Umesh Yadav at third man. Big blow this, Indians on top here. Two wickets under 10 overs will make them feel elated. Root is the new man in and he has looked good so far. Two cracking boundaries through mid-wicket and a pull through square leg sees him in command. Meanwhile, Alastair Cook has held the innings from the other end. He has got off to a start and is on 26 of just 33 deliveries. Fifty has come up for England.

MM Ali c Yadav b Kumar 9 (8b)

====================================================================================

Over 5 || Score 26/1

England have lost the wicket of Alex Hales as Umesh Yadav took the prized scalp. Moeen Ali has come in at No. 3 and will look to contribute in a major way. Hales got cramped for space and gets a big top-edge that is gobbled up at midwicket by Rahane. Good start this for India. England's run-rate will be the key so far it's looking good. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Umesh Yadav have started the proceedings for the visitors.

AD Hales c Rahane b Yadav 4 (9b)

==========================================

India won the toss and elected to field. Umesh Yadav has replaced Dhawal Kulkarni.

India go into the final ODI with a 3-0 scoreline behind them. They have already won the series in a convincing manner and MS Dhoni will want to have a clean sweep against England. The fifth ODI takes place at Headingley, and Indian batsmen will once again want to make this outing count.

Three of the last five ODIs at Headingley have been abandoned without a ball bowled. This time around, the weather in Leeds should permit a full ODI, with the Met department forecasting a less than 5% chance of rain during the day. The pitch is expected to be flat. For England Their batting have failed collectively and the unit need to fire today to gain some salvation.

Expected teams: India: A Rahane, S Dhawan, V Kohli, A Rayudu, S Raina, MS Dhoni, RA Jadeja, R Ashwin, B Kumar, Mohammed Shami, U Yadav

England: A Cook, A Hales, Gary Ballance, J Root, E Morgan, J Buttler, B Stokes, C Woakes, M Ali, S Finn, J Anderson.

India will hope to repeat their performance as England will be wary. Both sides will expect to do well.
