After sharing unconditional love, Virat Kohli reaches Dharamsala for New Zealand ODI series
Limited overs` skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is already back with the team.
New Delhi: He is already India's most chased after cricketer. But the India Test captain Virat Kohli allows his fans to keep a track of his daily routine, thanks to his timely Tweet posts.
After helping India complete a series whitewash, the 27-year-old spent quality time at home, enjoying food and spending time with his pet, an experienced he called "Unconditional Love".
That was on Wednesday. Then, the very next day, he shared another Tweet saying he is leaving for Dharamsala.
And hours later, he found himself "close to the nature" in Dharamsala, the venue for the first One-Day International (ODI) match against New Zealand, to be played on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the BCCI also posted a Tweet announcing the news that the Indian team has reached Dharamsala, asking "Look who is back!"
Limited overs' skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is already back with the team, and he will lead India in a five-match ODI series.
On Tuesday, India defeated New Zealand by 321 runs on the fourth day of third Test at Indore to register a 3-0 series win. In the process, India have also reclaimed the number one spot in the latest ICC ranking.
India, under Kohli, have been making all the right noises.
The manner in which India capitulate New Zealand in the Test series was evident of the team's growing stature, capable of conquering the world.
But those three wins were attributed to the spin pair of Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. And unluckily for Dhoni, both have been rested for the ODI series, considering the long home series ahead.
Now, it's multiple world cup winning captain Dhoni to do the same, with or without his strike bowlers. And everybody knows it will be a tough task for India to replicate the Test success against higher ranked Kiwis in the ODIs.
