He was involved in many on-field verbal spats with players in the past. One such incident took place on Friday during the qualifier 2 of the IPL 9, when Gujarat Lions were up against SunRisers Hyderabad.

During the 17th over of the Hyderabad innings, Kumar was hit for an unexpected six by bowler Bipul Sharma. This probably made the bowler angry and when David Warner played the last ball straight to the bowler, frustrated Kumar charged at him by murmuring few words. But the Australian ignored him and remained calm.

Here is the video.

Warner played a match-winning 93-run knock off 58 balls to take his team to the final of the IPL, for the very first time.

Hyderabad will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the final, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday in Bangalore.
