New Delhi: Jharkhand Congress president Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu on Tuesday took oath as member of Rajya Sabha. Balmuchu, who was elected last week defeating senior BJP leader SS Ahluwalia, swore in the name of God as he took oath in Hindi. PTI
