When Ajinkya Rahane publically cleared air about his birth date

New Delhi: One of the crucial cogs in Team India's Test squad, Ajinkya Rahane is known for his reserve demeanor.

However, due to a confusion in his birth date, when many started wishing the cricketer a day before his actual birthday, the Mumbaikar took to micro-blogging site Twitter to clear the air.

Many believe that the stylish batsman celebrates his 28th birthday on June 5 as many websites displayed the said birth date. But for the records, Rahane’s actual birthday is on June 6.

Rahane displayed a superb form with the willow in the recently concluded IPL 9, despite his side, Rising Pune Supergiants, poor run in their maiden season.
