The defending champions suffered their ninth defeat in 16 games, as the Blues were beaten by leaders Leicester City 1-2 at King Power Stadium. After the defeat, the Portuguese said that someone was leaking team details to the rivals.

According to a report in The Times, the former Real Madrid also has suspicion that his team selection was leaked to Porto ahead of their 3-0 Champions League victory last week. He claimed that the Portuguese club – which Mourinho used to manage – already knew that midfielder Cesc Fabregas had been dropped from the squad for the must-win group stage tie.

Despite a harrowing show in domestic league, Chelsea are still in contention for the European title after entering the round of 16, wherein they will play French champions Paris Saint-Germain.

In England, they are languishing in the 16th position, with a mere one point separating from the relegation zone.
