Noida: A three-day old baby girl has been found abandoned near a bus stand in Greater Noida town in Uttar Pradesh.
Late on Wednesday night, people noticed the abandoned child and they informed police, who later admitted her in a nearby hospital.
Rahul, a doctor, told reporters that the baby was in healthy condition, adding that there have been no claimants so far. “PCR (Police Control Room) has admitted an infant, who is two or three days old and is in healthy condition. She is a baby girl. The infant was found near bus stand in Dadri,” said Rahul.
Rahul also said that he had witnessed many such unfortunate cases while at work.
“Several times we have received such cases of abandoned infants,” said Rahul. Recently, two-year-old battered baby Falak died of cardiac arrest in at a hospital in New Delhi, after she was admitted in the hospital in January with fractured skull, bruises and human bites marks all over her body.
