Moraad Ali Khan headed the commission, which also included Samresh Jung, Ashok Mittal and Vikram Bhatnagar.

The allegation against Lapidus was that he sought sexual favours from junior shooters.

The commission submitted its probe report to the NRAI president last week.

It recommended that the coach be immediately relieved of his duties and asked to set up a special committee to probe the allegations in line with the Supreme Court guidelines.

“For the sake of justice, they have to speak to other complainants too. So I have decided to send it back,” Singh was quoted as saying by the Hindustan Times.

Despite there being seven complainants, only Anjali Bhagwat and Suma Shirur were asked to depose before the committee on September 13.
