New Delhi: Pankaj Bora, elected to the Upper House from Assam as a Congress candidate, today took oath in the Rajya Sabha. Bora, who was press adviser to Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, won the recent by-poll necessitated due to the death of Congress member Silvius Condopan. PTI
