Tendulkar, known to be a Roger Federer fan, had earlier taken to social micro-blogging site Twitter to express his desire to play for Kohli's IPTL franchise.

Kohli was quick in his response.

Both of course were having a bit of fun.

Many will remember, Kohli and Tendulkar were in the Royal Box during Wimbledon to watch Federer in action.

The Swiss maestro is part of the UAE Royals in the tennis tournament that was put together last year.
