New Delhi: Ace tennis player Sania Mirza gave her inputs on the ever contentious pairing of Indian mixed-doubles team ahead of 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old is expected to pair either with Leander Paes or Rohan Bopanna in the quadrennial event in this August. But as usual, who will join her for the mixed-doubles event is still a matter of conjecture.
"Who knows who is going to be healthy and who won't be healthy. The most important thing people should know is that the best team should be put forward. Now, I don't think is the right time to take that call," Sania told reporters.
Ahead of the 2012 London Olympics, there was a controversy over selection of the Indian doubles team.
