"I was very excited when I was offered this role. When the team narrated the script and the background story of the show to me, I instantly accepted the role. It was great shooting with the entire star cast," Madirakshi said in a statement.

"The show's producer, my co-actors and everyone else was very warm and welcoming. I did not feel left out or odd in any way on the sets from day one itself. This was the sole reason that I could pull off my role with ease.

"I love the interesting plot that my character will bring in the show. I hope my character persona is liked by the viewers and they enjoy the watching it," she added.

Tera Baap Mera Baap features comedian-actor Rajiv Thakur in the lead.
