Mumbai: Actor Pulkit Samrat says he is amazed by the simplified take on complex societal taboos of India in 'Lust Stories'.

The actor took to Twitter to share his opnion about the web-series and posted a series of tweets. 


"Finally watched 'Lust Stories'! Such real storytelling and such simplified takes on complex societal taboos in our country! Fab," Pulkit posted on Twitter. 



"#LustStories we need more such stories @NetflixIndia brave step n looking forward to many more!," he said. 



Lauding radhika Apte, Kiara Advani, Neha Dhupia and Vicky Kaushal, Pulkit said, "#LustStories @radhika_apte u stole d show! Got a lot to learn! @Advani_Kiara such a brave performance! @vickykaushal09 impressive every time @NehaDhupia balance between how v look at lust n how it should be treated: like an emotion @mkoirala eyes speak all @psbhumi multilayered!"



The 'Fukrey' actor also hailed casting director Mukesh Chhabra and tweeted, "#LustStories cannot not mention the efforts that must have gone into casting these faces! Super job @MukeshChhabraCC @CastingChhabra."



'Lust Stories' a collection of four short stories, separately directed by Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, and Dibakar Banerjee. The film sheds light on modern relationships from the viewpoint of Indian women.


It boasts of an ensemble cast of Kiara Advani, Radhika Apte, Bhumi Pednekar, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Neil Bhoopalam, Neha Dhupia, Sanjay Kapoor, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Akash Thosar.


The Netflix's anthology film has been making rounds on the internet for for portraying bold characters and scenes.
