Comedians Paresh Ganatra and Suresh Menon too are likely to be a part of the show.
Mumbai: Gear up for some comedy time during weekends once Indian Premier League 2018 commences. Comedian Sunil Grover is all set to tickle your funny-bone with a web-series co-starring Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde. And besides, Shilpa, the show will have two former team-Kapil Sharma members, reports suggest.
Yes, you read that right. According to a report in Indianexpress.com, Ali Asgar and Sugandha Mishra too will be a part of Sunil's new venture. It will also feature former Bigg Boss contestant and actor Suyyash Rai. The show has been titled Dan Dana Dan and will be webcast on Jio TV App from Fridays to Sundays during the IPL season which begins on April 7 and concludes on May 27.
A source while talking to the website reportedly said that the show will be an out-and-out comedy programme with cricket beautifully intertwined with it. Cricketers are expected to join the cast to have some fun moments.
The cast will also discuss the game of cricket.
Comedians Paresh Ganatra and Suresh Menon too are likely to be a part of the show.
According to reports, Preeti and Neeti Simoes, who were once associated with Kapil Sharma's Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show will be helming the web-series.
Former Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai star - Shilpa Shinde - who has a brilliant comic timing took to her Instagram page to share a photograph from the sets of the new show.
She wrote: "There is no replay, no third umpire, no second inning in real life. So be happy and keep everyone happy. Hope we will be successful in our little efforts of bringing smile on your faces in this stressful life.. Enjoying work with @whosunilgrover (sic)."
And for the uninitiated, here some information about Kapil. The star comedian, who had an ugly spat with Sunil last year in March, has returned to TV with a brand new show titled Family Time With Kapil Sharma. It's a game show which has doses of comedy scattered all over from start to finish.
Unfortunately, the show hasn't garnered response as per expectations, reports suggest.
