During an event held recently, when Sunil was asked about his plans to work with Kapil, the comedian said, "I really had a nice experience whenever I have worked with him. Kapil is a very talented artiste and he makes people laugh through his performances. I pray for his good health and I hope he will continue doing his job. God willing, we will definitely work together."

Sunil is gearing up for a brand new web-series along with Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde. The show will have the upcoming cricket league incorporated in it.

And when he was asked if his new show would compete with Kapil's FTWKS, he said, "There is nothing like competition. If more artists come forward to make people laugh, then it is good for the audience as they will have less tension in their lives. Laughter and happiness are necessary for our country. So the more people laugh, it is more beneficial for their health."

For the unversed, Sunil quit The Kapil Sharma Show in March last year after Kapil had an ugly fight with him when the team was on board a flight from Australia to India. A few months later, people hoped that the two former friends would mend all fences soon.

And just when people thought Kapil and Sunil's fight had ended, the former ended up calling the latter a liar. Here's what happened just a few days back - While answering a fan's question on Twitter, Sunil said he hasn't been approached by Kapil for his show.

He posted: "Bhai aap jaise kuch aur log bhi mujhse same poochte hain. Lekin mujhe iss show ke liye KOI call nahin aaya. Mera phone number bhi same hai. Intezar kar Ke ab maine kuch aur sign kar liya kal. Aap logon ki duaon se ek achhe project Ke sath juda hoon. Jaldi aapke samne Aata hoon."

This comment attracted Kapil's reaction who reportedly accused Sunil of being a liar.
