Attachment proceedings started against five in cow slaughter case
According to SHO Anand Parkash, the attachment proceedings were initiated against the accused who are on the run.
Muzaffarnagar: The police has initiated attachment proceedings against five persons in connection with a cow slaughter case in Tera village here.
According to SHO Anand Parkash, the attachment proceedings were initiated against the accused--Chand, Insaf, Meherban, Kaiser and Mukammal--who are on the run.
Court notices of the proceedings have been pasted on their houses.
The police had conducted a raid on a house on April 27 and seized suspected cow meat from the house. They arrested two persons, while the five accused fled from the spot.
