Sanjay Gupta, a newly-elected BJP MLA from the Chail Assembly seat in Kaushambi, recently caught two police constables red-handed when they were forcibly taking money from some truck drivers in Khuldabad.

The incident happened on March 26 when the BJP MLA had visited the area for some work.

The BJP leader not only publicly scolded them but also went to the police station to ensure that a written complaint is filed against the constables and action taken.

SSP Shalabh Mathur at once initiated action against the two constables Anil Upadhyay and Bharat Rai and asked the officials to submit a report within a week.
