2 accused for converting almost 1000 people so far were arrested, used to get funds from ISI

Uttar Pradesh ATS has arrested two people involved in conversion in the state. According to the police, the duo targeted poor families, unemployed youth and people with disabilities, especially children with hearing and speech disabilities, forcing them to change their religion.
