After General Bipin Rawat spoke on the rise of Maulana Badruddin Ajmal-led AIUDF (All India United Democratic Front) in Assam, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi has cautioned the Army chief against speaking on political matters.
