Amit Shah explains how article 370 has adversely affected Jammu and Kashmir for 70 years

Speaking in Rajya Sabha, Home Minister Amit Shah explained how Article 370 has been a major hindrance for development in the valley. He questioned the practicality of Article 370 which does not allow basic amenities to the residents of the state.
