Badi Behes: Why do politicians use offensive language during elections?

TMC leader Madan Mitra made a controversial statement for the BJP, in which he said that if you ask for milk, you will give kheer if you ask for Bengal you will give it, but Mamata Banerjee has not given any statement on this till now. . After all, why do leaders use offensive language in a democracy?
