The police has started the investigation of the death of Dhanbad District and Sessions Judge-8 Uttam Anand in a road accident from the angle of murder. The mystery deepened after the CCTV footage of the accident surfaced. It is clearly visible in the footage that the auto has deliberately hit from behind.
