CM Kejriwal`s rally in Himachal Pradesh

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is addressing a rally in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. While addressing the people, CM Kejriwal said, 'I have come to talk to you on education. I want to ask you that till date has any party ever talked about education during elections? Some party said that you will give good education to your children?
