Delhi violence is a pre planned progrom: Owaisi

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said there is a tsunami of Hindutva hate in the country during a discussion on Delhi riots in the Lok Sabha. Owaisi called for an impartial probe to find the perpetrators of the violence.
