DNA: How many `spokesmen` of Taliban in India?

The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has reportedly praised the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan. AIMPLB member Sajjad Nomani openly congratulated the Taliban. He said there had been no violence and highlighted the 'amnesty' for allowing people to leave Afghanistan.
