DNA: Why so much chaos for Remdesivir?

Delhi Police arrested at least four people for alleged black marketing of Remdesivir, an injection prescribed for COVID-19 patients with critical illness. The drug is reported to be out of stock in many hospitals and is being sold in the black market at highly inflated prices.
