Heavy uproar in Delhi Assembly, BJP alleges Finance Minister for leaking budget

The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has put a hold on the Delhi government's budget to be presented today (March 21). Despite the ban on the Delhi budget, the BJP took a dig at the AAP, saying that the finance minister had leaked the budget.
