Expressing grief over the incident of several people being rammed by a car during a religious procession in Jashpur in Chhattisgarh state, UP Minister Siddharth Nath Singh said that it was due to the mismanagement of the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel government and sought the arrest of guilty driver.
