Indian Army reinstates oxygen plant in Srinagar shut for 4 years

In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, there is a huge demand for oxygen supply in hospitals across the valley amid increasing number of COVID positive cases. And now the Indian Army has come to the rescue of the state administration to meet this ever increasing demand.
