Kapil Sibal quits Congress, files Rajya Sabha nomination with SP support

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal has left the party. Sibal resigned on 16 May. Now, he has filled the form for the Rajya Sabha elections with the support of the Samajwadi Party. Sibal filed his nomination in the presence of SP National President Akhilesh Yadav.
