Kerala: PC Chacko sends resignation to Sonia Gandhi, leaves Congress

Congress leader PC Chacko has resigned from the political party Indian National Congress. PC Chacko told that he has sent his resignation to Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Chacko also added that in Kerala, Congress has split into 2 factions.
