Lockdown 2.0: 8 states of India orders lockdown extension prior to PM`s address

Today will be PM Modi's fourth address to the nation regarding Coronavirus, where there are clear signs of extending lockdown. But even before Modi's address, 8 states have already announced the extension of lockdown.
