Maharashtra: Heavy rains caused floods from Ratnagiri to Bhiwandi, rescue operation underway

It rained incessantly throughout the night in Mumbai, leading to waterlogging in many areas. The Meteorological Department has predicted no respite from the rains as of now, which may lead to flood-like situation in some parts of Maharashtra as the rains continue.
