Most parts of north-eastern India are badly affected by floods

Andhra Pradesh state officials on Saturday issued the first flood warning or yellow flood bulletin in Godavari for the next 24 hours. On Saturday afternoon, a first-level warning was given at the Doleswaram barrage on the Godavari river in East Godavari.
