PM Modi makes his last speech in 16th Lok Sabha

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed Lok Sabha on the last day of the Budget Session. This is PM Modi’s last speech in Parliament before the 16th Lok Sabha before elections. This was the last session before the 2019 general election due in April-May.
