Prime Minister Modi attacks opposition over Tribals Scheme

While giving address in Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised issue of scheme made on tribals. Making a scathing attack on opposition, he said, 'If there was work earlier, there would not have been so much effort'.
