Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the BJP workers at Deendayal Hastkala Sankul after performing 'darshan' and 'puja' at Kashi Vishwanath temple. His visit to Varanasi is to celebrate his victory in the recently concluded Lok Sabha Elections.
