Snowfall in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir wrapped in a blanket of snow

While the havoc of cold continues in many states of the country, there was fresh snowfall from Uttarakhand, Himachal to Jammu and Kashmir. The temperature has come down here.
