Sukma attack: CRPF braveheart who cheated death vows to take revenge

Two of the eleven CRPF personnel in a mine-protected vehicle managed to survive. While both are said to be out of danger and are receiving proper medical attention, one of them - Madan - has highlighted the ineffectiveness of their special vehicles.
