Taal Thok Ke: Twitter crossed the limit?

On Friday (June 25) morning, Twitter denied Union Information and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad access to his own account on Twitter. Although the minister's Twitter account was open for public viewing, Twitter did not allow any authorized person to log in or access the account to make any post.
