Udhampur Blast: Panic in Udhampur due to 2 serial blasts

Another blast has occurred in Udhampur of Jammu and Kashmir and due to this there is an atmosphere of panic in the area. This is the second major blast in Udhampur in the last 8 hours. Earlier last night, there was a loud explosion inside an empty bus parked near the petrol pump in Udhampur, in which 3 people were injured.
